  • Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card processors.
  • Rahraha does not store or access full credit card information.
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped globally from the United Arab Emirates.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by region or due to customs procedures.
  • Rahraha is not liable for shipping delays beyond its control.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • All products are made to order and non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy.
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
