Q: What does Rahraha sell?
A: We make custom oversized t-shirts (and hoodies coming soon). Every piece is produced just for you — no mass production, no stock piles.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All our products are designed and produced in the United Arab Emirates, then shipped worldwide.

💳 Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through trusted payment partners.

Q: Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
A: Not right now. We’re 100% online and cash-free to keep things smooth and secure.

Cancellations & Changes

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we start production, and the order becomes final.
To cancel, email info@rahraha.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Q: Can I change my size or color after ordering?
A: If we haven’t started production, we’ll try to help — but after 12 hours, no changes can be made.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide straight from the UAE. Shipping rates vary based on your location.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times depend on your country. We’ll send tracking details once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: Customers cover the shipping cost at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Nope — since every Rahraha piece is custom-made, we don’t offer refunds.
If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right with an exchange or replacement.

Q: Can I exchange my item?
A: Yes, if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has tags attached.
  • You’re exchanging for the same design in a different size or color (based on stock).
    Customers pay the exchange shipping fee.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Email info@rahraha.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days. We’ll review and arrange an exchange or replacement if verified.

Q: Do you collect my data?
A: Yes, but only what’s needed to process your order and run the site — like your name, email, and shipping address.
