At Rahraha, we put time, care, and energy into every piece we make. Each item is custom-produced with quality and individuality in mind — which means we don’t do refunds, but we do want you to love what you wear.
That’s why we offer exchanges under clear, fair terms.
🔁Exchanges
You can exchange your item if:
- It’s in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- You reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You’d like the same design in a different size or color (based on stock availability).
- You cover the shipping costs for sending and receiving the exchanged item.
To request an exchange, email us at info@rahraha.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
🚫Non-Returnable & Custom Orders
All of our products are made to order, so we don’t offer refunds or general returns — this helps us reduce waste and keep production ethical.
We only replace or exchange items if they’re:
- Damaged,
- Defective, or
- Not what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
⚠️Damaged or Wrong Items
Mistakes happen — if yours arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you:
- Email info@rahraha.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos, and a quick note explaining the issue.
- We’ll verify and guide you through the replacement process.
Items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.
📦Return Conditions
If your return is approved:
- We’ll share instructions on how and where to send it back.
- Items must come in the original packaging, tags intact.
- Any item that shows signs of wear or alteration may be rejected.
✅Final Decision
We handle each exchange request individually. Once our team reviews your case, the decision made by Rahraha will be final.
