  • All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Rahraha does not store your full credit-card details.
  • All prices are listed in AED (or local currency where shown) and exclude any import duties or taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the UAE to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
International deliveries may face customs delays beyond our control.

🔁 5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because all items are custom-made:

  • We offer no refunds.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days under our Exchange & Refund Policy.
  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase by emailing info@rahraha.com.

⚖️ 6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, artwork, and content on rahraha.com belong to Rahraha.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

📦 7. Third-Party Services

We rely on secure, verified third-party services (like payment processors and delivery partners). Rahraha is not responsible for their independent privacy or service practices, but we partner only with reputable providers.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rahraha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Delays or delivery issues beyond our control, or

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the site or products is to stop using the site.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
