At Rahraha, every order is custom-made and shipped with care straight from the UAE.
We work with trusted international couriers to make sure your pieces reach you safely — wherever you are in the world.

🌍 Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide from the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery is available across:

  • UAE and GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)
  • MENA region
  • Europe, North America, and most international destinations

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at info@rahraha.com — we’ll confirm if we can deliver there.

🚚 Processing Time

All Rahraha items are made to order.

  • Production takes approximately 3–5 business days before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UAE public holidays.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected service.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including potential customs or import duties in their country.

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

🧾 Customs, Duties, & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees once they reach your country.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

Rahraha has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.
If your tracking link isn’t working after 48 hours, please contact us — sometimes carriers take a little time to update their systems.

If your package is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly. We’ll assist as best we can, but Rahraha is not liable for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

🧥 Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production and stock. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.

🛡️ Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and products.
  2. Email info@rahraha.com within 7 days of delivery.
    We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
